People and their storiesDer Fotograf
Seit 1996 halte ich das Geschehen in Salzburg und darüber hinaus in Bildern fest – nah an Menschen, Ereignissen und dem entscheidenden Moment.
Meine erste Spiegelreflexkamera bekam ich zur Firmung. Ein Praktikum bestärkte mich darin, meine Begeisterung für Fotografie zum Beruf zu machen. Nach meinem Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften und rund 20 Jahren im Angestelltenverhältnis gründete ich 2018 VOGL-Perspektive.
Zu den besonderen Stationen zählen die Nominierungen meiner Bilder „Höpke versus Ali“ und „Mein rechter Platz ist frei“ mit dem Holocaust-Überlebenden Marco Feingold. Ob Presse, Reportage, Porträt oder Unternehmen: Ich suche den Zugang zur Geschichte und halte fest, was den Augenblick besonders macht.
